Ron Ouellette joins BCE Consulting as a Senior Advisor, bringing decades of leadership in business development, defense strategy, and organizational transformation. He has led teams across U.S. and international Aerospace, Defense, and Security markets, specializing in strategic planning and enterprise growth.

With Jones Group International in Saudi Arabia, Ron advised on transforming the Royal Saudi Air Force and Royal Saudi Air Defense Force into the new Royal Saudi Air and Space Force. As Air Defense Advisor to the Office of Security Cooperation in Iraq, he guided U.S. and Iraqi officials on air defense capabilities and supported a $2.4B Foreign Military Sales program. His industry experience includes senior roles at iRobot and Raytheon, leading initiatives in missile defense, network-centric operations, and counter-IED strategies.

During his 30-year U.S. Army career, Ron commanded air defense units at every level, including Nike Hercules, Hawk, Chaparral/Vulcan/Stinger, and SHORAD battalions, and served as Deputy Commander of an Air Defense Artillery brigade. At the Air Defense School in Fort Bliss, Texas, he authored key field manuals such as FM 44-3 Division Air Defense Artillery Battalion (Chaparral/Vulcan/Stinger), FM 44-90 Hawk Battalion, FM 44-70 Stinger Battery, and the draft FM 44-90 Patriot Air Defense Battalion.

As a Colonel, he served as Deputy Assistant Commandant of the Air Defense School, Chief of Staff for the U.S. Army Air Defense Center and Fort Bliss, TRADOC System Manager to the Missile Defense Agency for the Ground-Based Midcourse Defense System, and Chief of Staff for the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Providence College, is a graduate of the U.S. Army War College, and completed the National Security Studies Program at Syracuse University. Ron remains active in AUSA, NDIA, AFCEA, and MOAA.
