David Tuddenham has recently joined BCE Consulting as a Senior Advisor, bringing with him extensive leadership experience across Aerospace, Defense, Oil & Gas, and other regulated industries. Based in the UK, David has worked internationally throughout Europe, the Middle East & North Africa (MENA), and the Asia-Pacific (APAC) regions, giving him a truly global perspective that strengthens BCE’s reach and capabilities.

David studied at Loughborough University, earning a BEng in Manufacturing Engineering and Management, and is a Chartered Engineer and Member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology. He has held senior leadership roles with global companies including Honeywell, Teledyne, TRW, and IDEX, where he focused on delivering low-volume, high-technology solutions within highly regulated industries.

In 2011, David joined Chess Dynamics as Operations Director, driving operational excellence and supporting the company’s rapid growth. He was promoted to Deputy Managing Director in 2014, became Managing Director in 2016, and was appointed Group Managing Director of Chess Technologies in 2021. Under his leadership, Chess grew substantially to become a leading Systems Engineering House for Electro-optical Fire Control, Surveillance, and C-UAS Targeting systems for the Land and Maritime defense domains.
