Caleb joined BCE Consulting as an Analyst in August 2022. Caleb is now the Chief of Staff based out of Boston. He supports cross-functional leadership on strategic planning, execution, and operational excellence.
Prior to BCE, Caleb worked as a Business Development Intern at Love Point Oysters, an Oyster Aquaculture farm based in Freeport, Maine. At Love Point Oysters, Caleb worked alongside co-founders in the office and on the water to assist with growth strategy and negotiations around product pricing.
Caleb graduated from Colby College in May 2022 with a B.A. in Spanish Literature and a minor in Environmental Studies. At Colby, he reestablished the Colby Fly-Fishing Club and was a co-president, leading river trips with club members.
